The Break element in H2R Graphics is used to bring scheduled information into your production.

Adding a Google Sheet

The break element uses a Google Sheet to store all of the data. Pasting the ID of the Google Sheet into H2R Graphics and pressing Refresh will pull in the most recent data.

Formatting in the Google Sheet is very important. Follow the template very closely.

Once refreshed, the Google Sheet data will be pulled in and is available within H2R Graphics.

The eye icon next to each element will allow you to show that on your output.

Autoplay can be used to automatically advance through the break elements.

Final output

Show/Hide

The break page has Show and Hide buttons at the top for bringing your break screen on and off-air.

Options

The break element has user-definable options for position, look and feel, and more.

Changeover delay (ms) - When a timer finishes within the break element, this is the amount of buffer time to pass before advancing to the next element.

Background image URL - An image to show behind all break elements.

"Coming up" text - Used when autoplay is off.

"Starting soon" text - Text to show when the timer gets to zero.

Transition - Transition to use to show and hide the break screen.
